The forum has finally returned! It may not be as good as the last one but the main objective was to have somewhere that visitors can once again unite and share their news, updates and general chit chat.

Website Clean-up

Posted on January 7th 2010

The website is currently under-going a major clean up process both behind the scenes and on the front end. The design will not be changing but you may gradually notice odd improvments or ammendments of content.

Forum Bots

Posted on May 13th 2009

We are currently working hard on sorting the spam bots problem on the forums. Apologies for the delay or if the spam/advertising has stopped you from posting. We are closing in on them now and have got rid of all posts to date that are not via a human.

INFORMATION

Pets & Animals

Jo has a great love for all animals big and small. Her dream is to one day set up her own rescue centre. She has had many pets over the years (Including dogs, Barney, Buster, Molly, Pippa, Pepsi and cats Harryboy, Lolly etc), and some more pets which you can see below. Although, she does not yet own a rescue sanctuary, she has rescued and re-homed a few animals off her own back. If she see's an animal needing help she will take it under her wing.

Jo currently owns two Bullmastiffs. They are a large but very gentle, loving breed. Their names are Russia and Archie.

I'll start of by showing you some pictures of her pets, old and new. These first pictures are of Russia and Archie's litter of pups, they have now all been re-homed.

A while ago now Jo took in rescue horses from The Essex Horse & Pony Protection Society. Including two Shetland ponies Brucie and Cleo. Brucie was found running down the M25 after being maltreated, Jo took him in and nursed him along with Cleo and others back to health. As you can see they were all very close, the Shetlands even enjoyed spending the afternoon with Jo in her caravan. Another horse Jo owned and loved to bits was Lottie, she wasn't the original horse Jo was supposed to be buying but as soon as she was shown to her, she fell in love! Jo also rescued a couple of Ponies that she named Rebel and Amber, they are re-homed now but Jo couldn't resist taking them in as she saw they were not being looked after properly and then found out they were to be sold to a meat market!

Jo also has another soft spot for cats. Below is one of a few kittens she owns or has owned, who she just loves to cuddle up to in the evenings. Some of the kittens names are Podgy, Squidge, Penny and Pebbles.

Moving on now, Its not just Jo's own pets who she adores, but all animals. Big and small, fluffy or not. Below are some pictures of Jo holding and posing with animals from a local farm when she was participating in a charity event to raise money for the animals keep.
